First was a phone interview, then a group interview to see if you were a person that worked well within a team, bossy, or a person who sat back and let everyone else do the work. Then a face to face interview. Once all that was completed, One by one we were advised of being either unsuccessful or made an offer of employment. Very casual. Pleasant conversation when asking questions. Made feel at ease. Everything explained as in work hours, pay rate and what the role would entail.
