3 step process starting with HR for the usual resume run through and company intel.
Followed by an interview with the head of the department. Competency based questions. Very positive experience.
Lastly, excel based test, which was IMO straightforward

Very simple, They ask about experience, what would you do In based-scenario and your availability. They also asked about policies you are willing to accept. Questions were very easy to answer

There was just a first round with someone who's a senior leader in the Talent department. We discussed about the two roles they had in their mind and after a detailed discussion they said I could choose to apply for the one that suits me the best. Post that there was no communication from the person or their team.
