Not really an interview. After the questionaire, you are hired. (If you did well) If you failed, I would imagine you don’t get a call back or email. Overall, pretty easy.

Pros: The entire interview process was conducted virtually, which made it convenient and accessible. Cons: The process felt unnecessarily slow, with long waiting periods between each step. More timely updates or clearer communication on next steps would greatly improve the candidate experience.
