It was easy, they asked some really basic questions about customer service. i believe why i did not get hired was because i asked what the retention rate was - so run far away!! Sounds toxic

Very informal and easy. They asked no technical questions, it was a video chat with 3 people and then we were placed in breakout rooms and spoken to individually. After the interviewer spoke to us individually, I was offered the job on the spot. Very Quick.
