There were 3 Rounds. 1. Voice and Accent
2. HR round
3. Ops Round/Technical Round
The Voice and Accent round was quite easy to crap. Just keep your communication and grammatical mistakes in check and you should be fine.
The HR round was more like the PI round where they ask you all the comfortable questions.
OPs round is abit difficult and it varies from process to process. I was applying for DELL process and it had a bit of up-sale. The technical Question were mostly basic.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Foundever in Apr 2015
Interview
I was called on Thursday on time for my interview. The woman was very nice and friendly. Was very easy, went over the times any conflicts and asked some very easy questions. Basically you have to open availability, no background noise and pay is 9 an hour. At the end was told I would get an email in 24 hours. Still no answer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Foundever (Omaha, NE) in Apr 2011
Interview
Basic interview questions about experience, situational questions. This was a one-on-one interview. Was not particularly difficult. I interviewed with the person who would eventually be my manager after a phone interview with a human resources representative. A recruiter arranged the HR portion of the interview, and then I set up the interview with the hiring manager.
