My interview for the role was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but it did not begin until 11:45 AM due to other candidates being interviewed at the same time. Additionally, the hiring manager openly joked with another candidate about knowing someone within the company, which came across as unprofessional and biased. Overall, the experience was poorly organized and left a negative impression.
