Long process which does not matter in the end because they call you and still make you take a test to confirm your knowledge of the language. They also make you take a mini IQ test for some reason but i think they don't even look at that in the end

You would be told to do an online interview first and if you get to the final stage you would be invited for a final interview, most times they might give you another role apart from the role you applied
