First a phone call, then a 3 hour test from home, then a 1 hour online call with potential project managers, then 3 hour meeting at their offices with the Director.

3 rounds 1st round is aptitude 2nd round is coding test and 3rd round is technical interview after selection the client will give the projects and he asks for review in middle. The payment may vary from project to project.
