Freelancer interview questions

I was put in contact by a recruiter with Freelancer . My only process step consisted in one phone call with a PM. The interview had good vibes but I had to dig to know what was exactly the scope of the role. Also, it was quickly obvious that I did not have the required skills and I felt from the tone of the interview that the process will end here. Moreover, I was asked some out of the box "product" question such as : What is an URL? How would you monetize Whatsapp?

Applied through website firstly Online test has been conducted and if we are shortlisted , Personal Interview session and HR Interview and then offer letter (Interview was completely virtual )
