Fujitsu Developer interview questions

It all started with a screen phone interview. After that i had a technical and a personal intervie of about half an hour. After some questions they wanted to know more about my lifestile

Pathetic in one word. Nothing was in place . No process at all during interview . Despite clearing all rounds and getting letter of intent . They ditched almost all candidates by not sending offer letter . HRs are the worst people here .They actually non deserving candidates and should be fired immediately . They don't reply to candidates at all. They feel like they can play with any candidate and can escape with no one speaking against them ,Organization is really great but HRs have let this organization down in India .
