Fujitsu HR Business Partner interview questions

I was contacted within an hour of submitting my application by a member of the talent team. I proceeded to have what was an interview for over an hour, whereby i had no time to prepare as it was unscheduled. I was then advised that my experience matched what you were looking for and i would hear back before the end of the week with feedback. I have received no feedback and i am not sure you are setting candidates up for success when you do not forewarn them for an interview
