I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Fujitsu
Interview
It was a phone interview, about 20-30 minutes. It was more geared toward a phase one type interview, getting to know who you are, like a phone screening. The interviewer was very nice and it had a very casual air. There were no difficult questions, since it was just round 1.
Panel Interview then interview with hiring manager. Standard questions were asked. It took a while for me to get an offer but representatives from the recruitment team provided updates in the interim.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Mumbai) in Dec 2023
Interview
It was great, he was more inclined towards the person he was choosing rather than the resume, which I think was amazing. The GD was not the typical ones that you might have faced and everyone got a chance to put out their views on a topic which was again very innovative and would tickle your mind.
