Interview
First phone call was a pre-screening with the recruiter, which took 20 minutes. They were just informing about the job details, salary, etc.
Second call was a interview with the Team Lead, nearly 1 hour.
The assessment process was quick. Assessments were followed by a virtual interview. I successfully passed the interview and am still waiting for the assessment invitation but they say not all applicants get invited.......

Interview
The interview process was a well organised and clearly communicated 4 stage selection process. Having passed the initial HR inteview the long-listed candidates are then introduced to the hiring manager and then the shortlisting process takes effect. Throughout each stage of the hiring process, feedback and guidance were always provided immediately after each meeting which for me was a key factor in confirming that this was a business that I wanted to be part of. Fujitsu was proving itself to be a genuinely human-centric business.
