Initially you were provided with two aptitude tests, where you are given scenarios in a work environment and the other standardised aptitude questions. The next step requires you to take part in a video interview which was pre-recorded. You will be asked personality based questions, such as “how do you take care of your well-being outside to work/education”, “why do you want to work for Fujitsu?”. It can be a little hard to answer the questions with the time limit, which can be quite offputting. However you are given enough time before each question to prepare your answers. There were 6 questions in total.
Apply on Seek at first and then did an online assessment that tests about your logic. After that, I did a virtual interview which requires you to answer their questions and record on their platform, and I remembered I received a group interview invitation shortly. Sadly I failed at that group interview stage...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They give you a scenario at the group interview and ask for a short presentation afterwards.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fujitsu (London, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
Begun with a two online tests. A personality one and aptitude test. This contains numeracy tests and verbal tests.
The next stage is a online interview where they ask very generic questions about yourself.
