I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fujitsu in Jan 2016
Interview
Quick process. Only two steps. The tech interview was pretty straightforward (if you know your job, it would be easy). I got a a few indirect change managent and leadership questions as well. All in all, friendly people.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Bracknell, England) in Feb 2020

Online application form followed by situational judgement tests and a digital interview (HireVue)
It took them well over a month to get back to me but I had been asked to attend the assessment centre in Bracknell. Everyone there was very nice and welcoming.
At the assessment centre, you do 2 group tasks and a 3-minute presentation on "Why Fujitsu and technology innovation excites you"
Following these, some candidates get sent home at lunch if they have failed to benchmark. After lunch its the individual interview. I had an interview panel of about 5 people. The questions were competency-based and its to see if you're the right fit for the role.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Pimpri-Chinchwad) in Feb 2020
