Applied online, got a response back ~ 1 week later. Came in for the interview where they had 5 employees come in and detail the position I applied for and ask how my skills applied to their listed position. Took a little while to get back to me, but understandable due to the holidays.

Three rounds (Telephonic, Excel Test, F2F).
Technical round for 1hour.
Detailed discussion on ITIL processes, previous experience discussion.
Questions around client reporting and presentations.
Generic round held with the end client (UK based).
HR discussion was easy and quick.
Overall process was good as the involved stakeholders were cooperative.
