In japan consists of 3 steps with different HRs. Each HR is just trying to touch grounds with you. However questions were repetitive... As opposed to other IT companies in Japan the HR were quiet keen in getting to know your background as opposed to your skill set

I came across 4 Level of Technical Round discussion
1. Telephonic discussion with folks from Pune
2.Manager Evaluation about Technical and Day to Day Work
3.Client Interview (Folks from UK)
4.Final Technical Round from Pune Again
5.HR Round .(Salary Negotiation Part)
The above four process involves purely Techinical from Routing , Switching in CCNP Level.

Interview
There were multiple steps of screening process. The first process was through paperwork, where each applicant had to answer a series of questions. The second was an interview with a middle management (if not, a non-management) where we were asked to clarify some of the questions answered in the first step. The third and final step was again an interview with a management - questions asked were similar to the ones from the previous interview.
