Interview
I applied online and got a phone interview within the weekend. I was invited to then come into the office and was interviewed by a team leader and 2IC. Both were very friendly and professional. They made the interview process very easy. I was sent a letter of intent very shortly after. The whole process from the time I applied to receiving the letter of intent was less than a two week time span.

Interview
Even though the receptionist was indifferent to me, the hiring managers were quite friendly and welcoming. They asked basic questions to gauge the feeling of the candidate. The interview took around 40 minutes and was in the confines of their offices. They outlined their company and some of its goals to see if they aligned to the candidate's.

Interview
Typical process. Application form, Tests, Interview, AC. The application form is relatively easy, just think about the questions beforehand. The tests were provided by the typical psychometric tests firms and can be passed with some practice. Similar tests can be found online. use them as preparation. The interview was an important stage to get to know the company better and can be passed if you show that you are knowledgeable and show passion for the company. Finally, the AC was a full day on-site. It was a very interesting, fun and challenging experience. Prepare your company knowledge and be ready to answer a variety of questions
