I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Kitakyūshū) in May 2015
Interview
The interview was so much fun. The hardest things about the process was the test or SPI, which is conducted before the interview. It tests your skills in language and also your skill in mathematics. It's basically a normal steps of interview, interview with the hr, with the current worker, then interview with the executive

Question 1
Are you ready to work in Japan for several years? For me this question is pretty tough since they are expecting us to work long in japan
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Bengaluru) in Jun 2015
Interview
I attended the walk-in yesterday with Fujitsu Bangalore and I am very disappointed to say that it was not professional behavior shown by Fujitsu. There was no one to guide us through the process and timings and also the technical panel was not available. Many candidates had to leave without attending interview. This is very rare to see from a well established multinational company like Fujitsu. I am expecting this mail to be considered seriously and you will try to improve the process going further.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Richardson, TX) in Nov 2013
Interview
The first round interview was on campus. There was a short written exam first that focused on common problem areas for students. After the test there was a technical interview where there was white board coding with an engineer. A manager asked a few questions during this part. The second interview was on the Fujitsu campus. This interview was really 4 one hour interviews with different managers and engineers. two of the interviews were technical and 2 were fit related.
