Interview
First interview is with the recruiter (July 2023). Second interview with the current role holder (who I did find out later, was leaving after 2 years in his role). Third interview with the hiring manager, who had been promoted to lead the Practice. Fourth interview with the EMEA pre-sales lead. Fifth interview with the HR Business Partner (September 2023). In my fifth interview I was supposed to receive an offer. A new job was opened to meet my salary and career expectations - becoming a Lead Cloud Consulting Manager. The HRBP was again asking me my expectations for salary and benefits and told me he had to discuss those with the hiring manager. 3 weeks went by without a beep. No follow-up, no answer on ask for an update. 5 weeks go by and still radio silence. Following up myself again. And then the hiring manager finally answers and tells me the job is closed. I do think it was actually never opened. Never seen a job description! What a complete waste of time. The Fujitsu way has proven to be just some fashionable writing on a wall. There is clearly lack of leadership, no (internal) communication, very junior staff and people in management roles, who should not have been promoted in a new role. Terrible experience. Interviews did give some indication already when you are asked for the 4th or 5th time to go thru your CV. Too many real red flags, so on a positive note very happy that I found out now and not later ...

Interview

Interview
I went through 2 round of technical and managerial round .Finally there will be hr round . All went well and after 2 days of hr round I was offered as well but on the same day I received a separate mail stating my application has been rejected. When I tried calling and mailing hr there was no response from them. Be aware even if you receive offer letter keep searching for other options and keep it as last option
