The Interview Process was awkward. Since the beginning I was informed that my salary expectations could be too high, however I was proposed an interview. After this I was ghosted.

After clearing 3 rounds of discussion(technical , managerial, HR) they didn't roll out the offer letter neither any communication from them regarding my candidature. After following up with them for multiple times they said offer got rejected due to their budget constraint. Very unprofessional behavior of recruiter

There was no interview process, as Fujitsu simply did not take the time to reject my application. After waiting for 2+ weeks, there was no automated email or any input at all - just plain ghosting. Applying for a job only not to receive any feedback is telling of a company's recruitment priorities - your candidates' experience not being one of them. My advice: always try to offer some kind of input to your candidates (even if it is an automated rejection email through your ATS). They have spent their time applying to your team - it is not a fair exchange to ghost them, as this will second-guess ever applying to the organization again.
