I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Fujitsu in Dec 2020
Interview
Initial application and taken tests etc, then did a video interview which I passed & was told I’d got through to assessment centre and should hear in the new year!
Obviously I was pretty excited so have been waiting anxiously, decided to email to check when I could hope to hear about the plans and was informed the role had been filled, they just never informed me of not selecting to the next stage, which I find poor practice since in my mind I had reached the final stage, not the best situation or handling
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Bergen op Zoom) in Feb 2021
Interview
1 step interview, a mix of technical and team fit questions, very good. Two people on interview explaining the role working for government. The only down side was they don't allow home working which put me off the role blah blah blah

Similar to other graduate processes. Application, tests, automated video interview then assessment centre. They score you on each round and then the people with the highest scores get to the assessment centre, so just because you passed a stage doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily be moved onto the next one.

Question 1
The usual, why do you want this role, this coming etc
