If you are selected in Japanese language skills, then only you are eligible for technical round for Japanese Bilingual opportunities. HR interview will be salary negotiation and etc.

Question 1
Technical round will be both in Japanese and English as per the interviewer choice. As usual most of the questions are Behavioural and situational.

Quick telephone chat only then a job offer. Not stressful in the slightest. I believe positions needed to be filled and fast. The interview was like mate's would chat down the pub. Extremely easy.

Interview
Six different interviews. VP, Recruiter, Direct Manager, Manager Peers, and other individual contributors that interfaced to the role. Overall the process was reasonable and fair. Some interviewers dug in with probing questions others were just looking for cultural fit.
