Overall, I was not impressed with the interview process at Fujitsu.
I had an initial phone conversation with a HR person where it was explained really well what the role was going to be and other things about the company.
Then I had a second interview with 2 people from the design team and it was not a great experience. First thing that put me off was that right at the start of the call the 2 interviewers both made jokes about the bad weather in Scotland (where I am based). Calm down guys, you're not based in Barbados, you're based in England where the weather is just as crap so shut the hell up. That was already enough to put me off as I don't want to work with that sort of people.
Second thing that put me off was that the questions were really really focused on public sector projects when the HR person specifically told me I wouldn't be pigeonholed in public sector projects.
Anyways, apart from that, there were a couple of "fluffy" questions, which I don't know if they were suggested by HR because they didn't really have any particular relevance with the role itself.
Anyways, after a painful hour, I went on the online portal to withdraw my application. I also sent an email to the HR person detailing the reasons why I decided I wasn't interested in the role anymore. A reply from HR would have been appreciated, but they didn't even bother doing that.
Negative experience altogether.
