Fujitsu Service Desk Analyst interview questions

The interview for the IT service position started with a technical assessment where I answered questions about troubleshooting and system maintenance. Then, I handled problem-solving scenarios, followed by behavioral questions about customer service and teamwork.

Pleasant. Positive. Asked basic STAR system questions. No technical questions. If you’ve worked on a service desk previously you should be well equipped for interview. Very clear in their needs as a company.
