It started with an initial recruiter screening, then a first round interview, a skill based assessment, and a final panel interview. The recruiter spent a lot of time providing feedback after each sales role play session. They provide a client profile to reference - its a very well rounded process. Ended up withdrawing from the process to go a different direction.

Le processus d'entretien chez Gartner a été bien organisé. J'ai d'abord reçu un e-mail avec des informations utiles pour me préparer. L'entretien a commencé par une discussion avec un recruteur RH, suivie d'un jeu de rôle pour tester mes compétences en situation réelle. Ce format m'a permis de démontrer mes capacités de communication et de résolution de problèmes. En général, l'entretien était professionnel, clair et structuré.

Le jeu de rôle consistait à identifier la douleur (pain point) de la personne avec qui je parlais. Cela m'a permis de démontrer mes compétences en écoute active et en analyse des besoins, en posant les bonnes questions pour cerner les problématiques et y répondre de manière adaptée.
It was really good, The recruiters give you everything you need to succeed at the Interview stages. They really leave it up to you. I would just recommend that you get really familiar with how Gartner works before interviewing
