Gartner Account Executive interview questions

There are a few stages to the process: 1. 15-20 minute phone interview. Tell you a little about Gartner and make small talk. 2. 30 minute phone interview. Ask about your sales background and really dig into your answers - make sure you have reasoning behind your choices and execute the STAR method into responses. 3. Hour interview on Skype-like forum. They'll dig into your responses and resume even more. 5 minute sales simulation. 4. Invitational Day - flown/drive out to Gartner sales headquarters in Ft. Myers. Listen to presentations about Gartner, group interview, panel interview, 15 minute sales simulation, and give a presentation on Gartner's sales channels and operations. Stressful, but rewarding in the end. They're really looking to make sure that you apply all of the feedback that they give you.
