Gartner Account Manager interview questions

Communication throughout the process was poor and inconsistent. After multiple follow-ups requesting updates or clarity, I received no response and was ultimately ghosted by my recruiter, making the overall experience frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional.

It was LONG. I went 4 rounds over a month and a half. Each interview was very difficult. The recruiter was very nice and helped me along the way, but the final interview was not my strongest and I was dropped immediately. I felt that I did very well in the first 3, but just because I did not click right away with the final interviewer, I was not extended an offer. It seemed that I was not given a fair chance after the final interview, because I was given a phone call only an hour after finishing the interview. It seemed that the proper steps were not taken to take into account my interview process holistically.
