I applied through the campus portal as a recent grad. I got the introductory telephone call and the recruiter was very friendly very nice. We talked about my experiences, I was a marketing major and did a lot of advertising competitions as well as marketing planning roles. I however did not have any prior sales experience and didn't make it to the next step. Overall i was kind of relieved because I do not like sales positions. However for some people its exciting and rewarding but its just not my cup of tea.

The process started very well with a very kind HR who did an initial phone screening and was very gentle to me, providing info and insights.
This step was however followed by a Senior Recruiter, who was the exact contrary of the previous one: harsh and non educated. This recruiter was saying that I was too broad and other out of the context not very kind ideas - the lowest part was when she begun to battle around the meaning of word "curiosity". We did not agree basically on everything and we spared time to each others saying an anticipated goodbye.

Really dumb. They fly you clear to florida, and then you sit in a room and it seems like a cult. They make you introduce yourself. All they talk about is drinking and the nightlife. Real bad vibe there. Then you do a group presentation. Then you pitch your 3 minute presentation. That's as far as I got.
