Gartner Associate interview questions

The process initiated with resume screening and a 10mins phone conversation, followed by some mock behavioural questions. The 2nd round was a written skill test of 40 mins followed by the 3rd round of an hour interview with Hiring Managers. The 4th round was a WebEx round with the Department Head. The feedback was well communicated till the 3rd round. After completion of my final round, the HR stopped responding to my mails and calls. After 2 months of waiting, I got the rejection my from their talent community.
