This is a very long process so prepare for that. You have several phone interviews then an onsite panel interview. Throughout the process it is very important to use professional language, use the STAR method, and examples that relate back to Gartner and the role of CP. The last step you will make a presentation for the panel, be creative and show your personal side, use it as an opportunity to show them who you really are in your personal life, and personal as well as professional goals. Prior the panel interview you will meet with a current successful CP, make sure you take notes and ask good questions and share that information at appropriate times during your panel. Ask if they have questions throughout, and make sure to always ask for feedback!! They will go over the feedback you received previously and see if you have been making an effort to improve, so take notes at every stage and apply the feedback given! Be prepared, be confident, be an achiever!
