Gartner Client Service Representative interview questions

Online meeting with a Gartner recruiter. Around 20 minutes taking about my background and last job experience. If you pass the first step, expect 3-4 steps more and some assessment tests. If you don't pass the first step, you will just get a general template email with no explanation nor feedback. A bit disappointing, considering is a "consultancy" company.
