I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2021
Interview
The process at Gartner overall is typical. I have been interviewed by many companies, where recruiters really put effort into creating a casual conversation that helps interviewees feel comfortable sharing. But, with Gartner, the recruiter seemed always to want to rush, she asked a lot of questions and tried to move on to the next questions as soon as I finished my answer.

Question 1
Typical behavioral interview questions like talking about an experience on your resume, how did you solve a problem, what was a failure of you.
4 rounds of interviews with the recruiter first, hiring manager, peer interview and panel interview.
Easy if you get well prepared and know what you what. It will be difficult if treat like as a normal interview.

Personal traits
How to match to the role you apply?
I applied online. I interviewed at Gartner in May 2021
Interview
Overall the interview process was great! I was reached out to by a recruiter and she phone screened me, then we set up the first interview (phone call). The second interview was conducted virtually with the hiring managers. After that interview I was advised that I would move on to the final interview with two of the directors. Word of advice they want you to be perfect... no mess ups and follow the STAR format. Really leverage your recruiter and study the job description. This interview process isn't much of a conversation like it is with other employers but it's question, after question, so just be prepared to pull from your prior experience. Sadly I did not receive an offer but it seems as though it was a blessing in disguise as I'm not perfect 24/7!
