Gartner Client Success Manager interview questions

I was supposed to interview with a Senior Recruiter at Gartner for a Sr. CSM role, but our interview was postponed 5 times spanning over 3 weeks just to then be cancelled. Each time the interview was moved without any explanation, and usually 15 mins to an hour before. I moved my schedule around each time to accommodate, only to be left disappointed. I have been admiring Gartner for a while and was so excited to finally have the opportunity to interview, and I never even got to speak to anyone. The recruiter told me someone was hired for the role so our call (6th time scheduled) was cancelled. The craziest part is that I was referred by an Internal employee - such a bad candidate experience. Super disappointed and disheartened.

The process was based on role play: you receive a case with a client description and target for your conversation with that client, and your hiring manager will play the client and assess your ability to get to that target. They will look at your time management, agenda and flow of the conversation, as well as the quality of the questions you ask the client.
