After submitting my application, I promptly received an email with a link to schedule an initial call through the talent sourcer's live Outlook calendar. During this call, they took the time to understand my experiences, asked questions about my current role, and explored what I was looking for in a new opportunity. They also provided a detailed overview of Gartner as a company and the role itself. The next step in the process is an in-person interview
