The most traumatic interview experience ever. The people who work here are robots. The HR who initially called me was outright rude. She was reading from a script. I went on to the 2nd stage which was 1 and an half hour and then they ghosted me after it. They make you feel so little and want you to prove how you are worthy of working for the company. I have never felt more anxious in my entire life as compared to what I felt in the two weeks of studying for the interviews. Complete waste of time. They must have lost many great candidates. You don’t have to have the experience in sales to prove anything. You have to match the ‘Gartner Traits’. They expect you to know everything about the job before even training you for it and don’t care if you have the will to learn.
