WORST INTERVIEW/RECRUITING TEAM! interviewed for role in Seattle, WA. I am in shock by the process I just went through with Gartner's recruiting team. It's almost like they are getting paid to keep job seekers on edge and do not care about their time. My process had started about 3 weeks ago when their recruiter messaged me via LinkedIn asking for time. I scheduled 2 days later and we had a great convo. Reassured me I had all the qualities they were looking for and even mentioned a lot of the people at my current employer migrate to Gartner. At the end she mentioned she'd be scheduling next round and I should hear back SHORTLY. I followed up with a thank you and no response. 2 weeks later, still had not heard back. Today, I get notified i am moving to the next round and am meeting with hiring manager early TOMORROW and prior to that we would meet to prep. 2 seconds later I get invites for times i was never asked if i had available. I think this was very unprofessional for an org like Gartner and inconsiderate of job seekers time. I immediately withdrew my application. Do better.
