Gartner Customer Service Representative interview questions

4 stage interview process comprising of 1 initial screening call, 1 traits interview, 1 hiring managers interview and finally a panel interview where you have to do a presentation and role-play amongst other things. It is the hardest interview process I have ever been through but I have learnt so much about not only myself but the industry and business I am about to join which means I have been able to make a fully informed decision.
