I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Egham, England)
Interview
4 stage interview process comprising of 1 initial screening call, 1 traits interview, 1 hiring managers interview and finally a panel interview where you have to do a presentation and role-play amongst other things.
It is the hardest interview process I have ever been through but I have learnt so much about not only myself but the industry and business I am about to join which means I have been able to make a fully informed decision.

Question 1
How would you describe Gartner to someone who knows nothing about the business.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner in Sep 2019
Interview
4 step process:
1st step: 30 mins informational call
2nd step: 1 hr webex interview on behaviour traits and role play
3rd step: 1,5 hrs webex interview on behaviour traits, Gartner articulation and role play
4th step: 2 hrs panel interview at their headquarter in Egham on behaviour traits, Gartner articulation and role play
Very precise, hiring manager was engaging, i believe there are specific keywords and scenarios they are looking for according to the job description. despite i didnt get an offer i consider this a good experience.
