I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner in Apr 2018
Interview
Based on four different stages. The HR team made every stage very easy to understand and made me feel comfortable about each task. The video-call interview is the hardest as they try to test you to see whether you match the company's values.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gartner (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview was long and tough, it is totally behavioral based. You need to tell over and over basically the same stuff: why you are a good candidate, your experience, your goals, etc
I applied online. I interviewed at Gartner in Apr 2018
Interview
Phone call interview for 15 to 20 minutes, Talked about Gartner and their relocation opportunity in detail. I thought it was a good interview especially because the recruiter reached out to be after the interview saying they are considering me for an Account Executive position not an Account Manager position which i applied for. Claimed the executive position had more benefits and higher compensation especially because they believed i have the skills for that role. Got an email a week later that they would not be moving on with me as a candidate, very confusing especially because they offered a higher position only for them to change their mind, I also noticed that the recruiter who called me looked at my LinkedIn profile; probably to have a feel of the candidate, i don't know if that in anyway might have been the tipping scale in their decision process because i'm a female as well as a minority race. Heard the company isn't very much diverse.
