I applied on LinkedIn. Then I had a phone screening with the recruiter. Promised to follow-up soon. Then I heard nothing. The usual, but no hard feelings. Probably just not a good fit.

Interview
I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter. Then, I was required to pass an editing skills test. Once passed, I interviewed via Webex with hiring manager. The phone screen was easy, but the hiring manager interview was significantly more difficult. Despite the fact that I passed the editing test and had the skills/experience necessary for the job, she seemed unexplainably skeptical about me from the moment we said hello.
