Gartner Human Resources interview questions

Interview process was too long and the vibe I got from the recruiter was that they were just trying to hit a number by interviewing anyone. The feedback I received was not helpful and since then I have applied again and have not even heard back to at least say the position was filled.

I was contacted by a Recruiter in the UK to schedule a phone interview. The Recruiter was speaking so fast it felt as if they were being timed. I was only asked about my current job responsibilities instead of being asked to walk through my experience and how it would relate to the role. The Recruiter stated that he felt like I would not be a good fit based on my current role, but asked me nothing about any prior experience.
