The interview process was professional and the conversations with the team were positive. I progressed to the final stage and received feedback suggesting I was a strong candidate. However, communication toward the end was unclear. I was told I would receive an update by a specific time but only heard back after following up. Although I was informed I was one of the top finalists, another candidate was selected, and my request for feedback did not receive a response.

It was a four-phase process. First had a call with a talent sourcer to go over general qualifications and salary ranges. After a week, I had another screen call with a department specific senior recruiter where we had a more in-depth discussion about my experience and skills and how it aligns with the job. Passed that round and invited to the third (and final) panel interview with the manager and senior director. Final round was more like a personality test/culture fit and focused more on behavioral based questions. Be prepared to use the STAR method, study your resume, and show your best self. The recruiters were amazing and they were helpful throughout the process. They have great insight so don’t be afraid to ask for feedback and suggestions
