I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Egham, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview process took several weeks (4-5) and involved 3 video-call interviews and feedback calls after each session.
The HR department is very keen on making sure you are well prepared for each interview by explaining what is going to be expected of you, what information you should know about the company and so on. They are also very open with feedback and available to answer any questions the candidate may have. My overall experience was very positive and instructive.

Question 1
- Why do you want work for Gartner? Why in Sales?
- What drives you? Previous situations in which you have managed to stay motivated despite failure?
They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Question 1
What do you know about the company, have your pitch ready.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Boston, MA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
