You are required to fill out a few different personality assessments before your first interview. They use these assessments to figure out how well you will fit in to the company.

Question 1
What was a time you encountered a person with a diverse background and how did you handle the relationship?
Very conversational, easy going, focussed on relevant skills and no unnecessary filler questions. 3 focussed rounds and prompt replies from HR after every round. they were quick to catch up as well. friendly employees
There are 3 rounds - 2 of them technical where the focus is on your analytical skills, 1 HR round where the focus is on behavioural questions and anything missed in the previous two rounds

They asked guesstimates, questions on CV, projects completed.
Great process and help you thought the process. Give you immediate feedback and reasons as to why you may or may not be successful. Lots of study needed though. Overall good experience
