They were very fast in coming back to me after my application (3hours) and we agreed immediately for a phone interview. During the first interview the recruiter was highlighting all the time about the personal traits required to fulfill the position and about the fact that they don t care too much about your cv or experience . This interview style was kept also during the second phone call with a lot of stupid questions aimed to show up your personal traits but surprise surprise at the third interview over the phone the Italian manager opened up the call stating that the only reason why he was calling me was because hr pushed my application forward to him and suddenly become sensitive about experience asking even graduation marks and stating that my cv does not look good in his view becoming even rude for a while. The impression they gave me is that they look very confused with lack of internal communication and very unprofessional behavior , they stated in 3 mails that they are hiring based on traits and at the end for their Italian manager (extremely unprofessional) was important graduation marks and experience . It has been the worst interview experience so far, those people look very unprofessional.
