I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Egham, England)
Interview
Took much too long and the objectives were confused due to the management misunderstanding the consultant who advised in the formation of the interview process.
The description of the job was wildly inaccurate - it was apparent from day one that the job I'd got for was very different to the one they had described in the interview.
Managers openly say they aim to "break" the candidate to see how they react. If they can't break them , they don't want them.
One final little niggle: managers hadn't even glanced at my CV before starting a 90 minute final panel interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's your sense of purpose (the only way to get past this is to reference a childhood trauma, preferably relating to not wanting to let your parents down)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL)
Interview
The interview process started with an informative call, then an hour long interview call, followed by a video interview. This video interview included a sales role play. After these three rounds, there is a final interview day at their headquarters in Fort Myers. While I did not make it to the final round, I was transferred to interview for the client partner role. This means the process will start all over again.

I was contacted by one of the HR people and she arranged the first interview. The first interview was over the phone and I got the feedback straight away. In the next phone interview the expected me to work on the weaknesses that they pointed out in the previous interview and so on. The third stage was a video interview with a role play.
