I applied through an employee referral. The HR interview was scheduled over the phone. I am an international student in the US and had mentioned the same in my application. The HR did not read my resume and online application before the interview.

Question 1
Questions were mostly about my past work experience and skills. After a 25 minute interview the HR informs me that she cannot hire me for the position despite my suitability for the role because the company is not sponsoring visas at the moment. It seems like a waste of my time because had she read my application, we both could have save that time.
Introduction call with talent team. 2 x roleplay where you must build on feedback with panel interview and presentation of your why, goals, motivations. Roughly 4 stages across a month

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
