there are three steps to be Gartner China sales person. firstly, you should pass the english review from Singapore HR, and then ,your direct manager will interview, and he/she will ask some tough question based on your background. finanly, your skip-level manager will have an interview with you, ask some questions based on your characters.

what's your 90 days plan when you are joinning Gartner
They have reached out to me for a job every year and I have interviewed with them 2 times and have never made it past the 1st interview. Confused why a recruiter reaches out to me anymore?
It was long and rigorous, often feeling extremely high pressure, with not a lot of constructive criticism. There are 5 rounds and each with a role-play. It's safe to say this is not an easy interview process. I'm not sure how they do their prospecting, but I was apparently a 'great fit' for the role - didn't show that enthusiasm during our calls.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.
