I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner in Oct 2022
Interview
There are 3 interviews. The first one is a short phone call to see if you would be a good fit for the role. The second one is a longer interview to hear more about your experiences and explain to them how you are the perfect candidate. There is a little roleplay at the end and they will give you feedback immediately after the roleplay. The last interview is similar to the second one, but this time you are interviewed by 2 people and there will be a roleplay at the end where you will play as a a business development associate from Gartner.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in sales? Why do you want to work at Gartner? Tell me about a time when you had to influence a leader an idea? Tell me about a time when you failed?
3 interviews were completed starting with a quick screening, a second interview, and a final interview. Process took over a month, which was a long time in my opinion for the role.
Interview process was not bad at all. They do leave out a lot of info about the realities of the role. They make the role seem as though there is a lot of opportunities to grow as well as progression through the program and that is not the case.
