The first meeting was with the talent acquisition and jeez, it really felt like I was having a conversation with chat gpt. The guy was reading his script the whole time. 2nd meeting, The recruiter was asking the most generic, and non-sense questions. At the end she didn't even let me finish asking my questions and interupted me to end the meeting. How disrespectful. They really want you to act like chat gpt. their "behaviour questions", most likely made straight by chat gpt should be totally reviewed.

The beginning steps of the process were easy and they helped walk you through preparation for the later interviews. Had to answer behavior-based questions, which was a more challenging part than anticipated, but the sales call role play at the end of the interview was not that difficult.

Multiple phone calls/video calls with recruiter. Final interview video call is virtual with a panel where you have to role play a scenario. Very feedback driven and the recruiter was very nice.

3-phase interview process. Incredibly feedback-driven. A high number of behaviour-based questions are asked. Everyone is very friendly, but will challenge you by asking uncomfortable questions. Answers should be well-structured and coherent.
